FIND SOME DEEPER TRUTHES ABOUT YOUR RELIGION
Many religions & beliefs exist throughout the world - one for everyone! Basically we choose what we think seems best unless we have grown up in a specific & strong religious environment. The links below are not working yet - sorry!
Why do people follow religion? Why are there so many? Does it do any good?
People follow for a variety of reasons - but at the base of it, humans all over the world for centuaries have followed religion. Ultimately we all have the desire to feel good about ourselves and religious movements offer this in different ways. The under-lying though of basically every religion is 'you can earn your goodness' - 'or earn your way to heaven'. Karma for the buddist, Virgins for the Muslim, Being part of the 144,000 for the JW, Being a 'god' on your own planet for the Mormon, Heaven for the Catholic etc etc.
This 'earn' mentality does keep many 'in check' and most feel ok about themselves as they continually compare themselves to others to conince themslelves they are ok... There is one exception to this earning mentality:
Jesus Christ taught that no amount of trying or doing good would help people attain true Spiritual 'Creaminess'. The Bible reports that God is so Holy that any attempt we make to try to earn a place in His Kingdom, is a filfthy rag in comparison. Amazingly though - although His standard is so high, He provides a way for us to enter... Jesus (Gods own Son - Himself God but in a human body) came to earth and lived totally sin free. Then He was tortured & murdered in shame on a cross. This act of self-less love & devotion made Him to be sin (cursed) and seperated from God. At that moment he took the full punishment of the sin of everybody (you & me included).
ARE YOU TRAPPED IN RELIGION?
Do you think that you can (or have to) EARN everything (including your way to God)? This is a massive guilt trip - and will affect every area of your life. You are trapped with the crumbs off the table of life...
BASICALLY THE FACT THAT YOU ARE HERE MEANS THAT YOU NEED FREEDOM!!

Freedom is free but cost more than you can imagine. It is the only true gift you will ever have the chance to receive. It is easy to refuse, easy to accept - there are benefits if you accept, consequences if you reject. No one can force you, it is something you must do by yourself - for yourself. It is a tailor-made journey that will heal you at every level. What is it? It is the free gift of life offered by Jesus Christ. Don't switch off now - I'm not talking religion, or church, or looking like a stiff & knocking on doors - I'm talking about meeting and living with and for the God who Created you. He knows what makes you tick, what helps, what makes you happy and what heals you. He doesn't want you to believe in fairy-tales or mythology - He wants you to know the truth.
